In this Public Offer, which is a public contract, the following terms have the following meanings:
Public offer - this Public offer (contract), which contains the terms governing the relationship between the Administration and the User on providing access to the Platform.
Administration - FLP Reznichenko Olksandr Olksandrovich, which is the owner of the Platform
User - a natural or legal person who has accepted the terms of this Public Offer and has access to the Platform
Platform - software that is provided by the Administration to the User for use.
Parties - Administration and User.
Services - services provided by the Administration to the User in accordance with this Public offer.
Offer - an advertising offer placed on the Platform.
Advertiser - a person who places the Offer on the Platform.
Webmaster - a person who places the Offer on his resource.
The Administration provides the User with access to the Platform to use the Services.
To get access to the Platform, the User must register on the Site by filling in all the required fields of the registration form. After registration, the User gets access to the Platform.
The Administration has the right to:
To make changes to the Public offer without the User`s consent.
Make changes to the Platform without the User`s consent.
Make changes to the Offers without the Advertiser`s consent.
Make changes to the Offers without the Webmaster`s consent.
Make changes to the Services without the User`s consent.
Make changes to the Platform without the User`s consent.
User`s rights and obligations
Use the Platform to use the Services.
The Administration is not responsible for losses caused to the User as a result of using the Platform.
In case the User violates the terms of this Public Offer, the Administration has the right to block the User`s access to the Platform.
Disputes between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations.
This Public offer comes into effect from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid until the moment of its termination.
All other terms and conditions that are not provided for in this Public Offer shall be determined by the Parties in accordance with applicable law.
This Public offer and relations between the Parties are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
By accepting the terms of this Public offer, the User confirms that:
Familiarized with the terms and conditions of this Public Offer in full.
Administration undertakes to keep confidentiality of the information provided by the User when registering on the Site.
The Administration has the right to make changes to this Public offer without the consent of the User.
All other terms not provided for by this Public Offer shall be determined by the Parties in accordance with the current legislation.
